NEW INVESTMENTS: 

Narpes Fjarrvarme Ab - Narpion Kaukolampo Oy will invest in a new boiler in 2012. The new boiler will be build at the main plant next to the already excisting boiler. The new boiler will have an effect of 4,0 MW. The boiler will be started and tested during autumn 2012. 

REKORD:

Thursday the 7:th of december 2010 was a rekordday at Narpes Fjarrvarme Ltd. The daymiddletemperature dropped as low as -26,1°C. The company produced a total amount of 244,0 MWh heat for the customers. The boilers middleeffect during the day was 10,17 MW/h. The boilers topeffect was as high as 12,5 MW/h in the morning before lunchtime.

TODAYS NETWORK:

Now, at the end of 2009 installations are fully completed with 101 clients / heat areas. The network will be expanded in the future for every need and interest of the district. The expansion of the network will primarily be in the industrial field but also smaller lines will be built in the center. Närpiö District Heating Ltd has over the past 2 ½ years built 19,219.0 lm leadership. The network is made up of different-sized dimensions, the smallest dimension is 25 +25 / 140mm, while the largest dimension is 300 +300 / 500mm.
