Every month the customers heatmeters will be checked to measure how much heat have been used. This is easily done by using a measurementgauge. This is possible to do, because every customer (101 clients) has the same measurment equipment in the house. You can also connect the measurmentgauge directly to a billingprogram. No matter how much heat is used during the month the customers will be billed 12 times per year, it dosn´t matter how much heat they have used. The customers get 12 bills during a hole year.
